Shipping Policy

UK Orders

• Delivery Time: Most UK orders will arrive within 7 working days. During busy periods such as holidays, deliveries may take up to 2 weeks
• We are not responsible for postal delays caused by delivery services such as Royal Mail

Pre-Orders

• All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Estimated dispatch dates are provided on individual product pages and may change due to production or shipping delays.
• Pre-Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless stated otherwise. After this period, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

International Orders & Duties

• Delivery Time: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Templix Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
