Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a refund once the issue has been confirmed. We may request photographs to help assess the damage.

If something from your order is missing or you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will rectify the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or Personalised Items
  • Digital Downloads
  • Perishable Goods

If you have an issue with you order, please contact us at contact@templix.co.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Right to Cancel - UK Customers

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to cancel and return your order without giving any reason. 

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email contact@templix.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

This right to cancel does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods, digital downloads,  perishable goods or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Return Process

  • Email contact@templix.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide full return instructions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence that they have been returned).

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
